THE LINEUP OF EVENTS COMING UP IS AS FOLLOWS:

8/27/10 - OTSEGO COUNTY FAIR - GAYLORD - OFF ROAD DEMO DERBY (BUMP N RUN) COMPACT & BIG CAR.  $1000.00 TO COMPACT FEATURE WINNER.

8/28/10 - OTSEGO COUNTY FAIR - GAYLORD - "NIGHT OF DESTRUCTION".  OFF ROAD DEMO DERBY (BUMP N RUN) COMPACT & BIG CAR, DEMOLITION DERBY (STOCK CLASS HEAT AND "RUN WHAT YOU BRUNG" CLEAN UP DERBY, NO OUTLAW CARS), GARDEN TRACTOR DEMO DERBY, BURNOUT CONTEST AND QUAD/ATV OBSTACLE COURSE. 

9/3/10 - MANISTEE COUNTY FAIR - ONEKAMA - OFF ROAD DEMO DERBY (BUMP N RUN) COMPACT & BIG CAR AND BURNOUT CONTEST.

9/4/10 - MANISTEE COUNTY FAIR - ONEKAMA - FIGURE 8 END OF SEASON CHAMPIONSHIP - BIG CAR & COMPACT CLASSES & DEMO DERBY ('78 & NEWER HUMP PLATE CARS & OLD IRON WITHOUT HUMP PLATE).

9/5/10 - FAIRGROVE BEAN FESTIVAL - FAIRGROVE - OFF ROAD DEMO DERBY (BUMP N RUN) COMPACT & BIG CAR AND DEMO DERBY ('78 & NEWER HUMP PLATE CARS & OLD IRON WITHOUT HUMP PLATE).

9/13/10 - ALLEGAN COUNTY FAIR - ALLEGAN - OFF ROAD DEMO DERBY (BUMP N RUN) COMPACT & BIG CAR.

LOCAL PARTICIPATION FOR ALL EVENTS IS NEEDED.  SLOTS ARE STILL OPEN FOR ALL EVENTS, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PRE-REGISTER. ALL EVENTS WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE.

  2010 Season Championships

Saturday, September 4th – 7 pm - Figure 8 Championship –

Manistee County Fair – Onekama , MI

Compact car and Big car, Big car $1,500.00 – 1st place; $25 pre-register, $40 day of show

 

Saturday, September 18th – 6:30 pm - Demo Derby State Championship - YOU DO NOT HAVE TO QUALIFY

Allegan County Fair  - Allegan, MI 

‘78 and newer  Demo Derby

$5,000.00 – 1st place car feature winner

$1,500.00 -  1st place truck feature winner

$500.00 – 1st place garden tractor  ($50 to register)

“Run What Ya Brung” for drivers that do not want to run championship - Regular entry fee.

Must be registered by 4 pm – NO EXCEPTIONS!

$75 pre-register, $100 day of show

 

Saturday, October 2nd – 2 pm -Off Road Derby (Bump and Run)

Championship – Ogemaw County Fairgrounds – West Branch, MI

Registration opens at 8 am and closes at 1 pm.

V-8 and front wheel drive classes

$7,000.00 purse

$75 pre-register, $100 day of show

 

Saturday, October 30th – 2 pm  - Halloween Crash Bash –

Newaygo County Fairgrounds – Fremont, MI

Off Road Derby, Demo Derby, Compact Figure 8, Garden Tractor Derby, Burn-out Competition

Kids Cub Scout Pinewood Derby at 11 am

Registration opens at 8 am – regular entry fees

Adult and Kids’ Costume contest

Best decorated car contest

Trick or Treating for kids’

Drivers please bring bags of candy for kids – Thank you!

TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS A HARD COPY OF RULES & REGISTRATION & THE NEW 2010 CALENDAR -

WE HAVE MAILED RULES AND REGISTRATION ALONG WITH THE NEW 2010 CALENDAR TO ALL FAIRBOARDS WE DO BUSINESS WITH SO YOU MAY STOP BY THE FAIR OFFICES AND PICK UP A HARD COPY.

Attention all drivers - for the 2010 season when you pay to participate in two (2) Unique Motor Sports events you will receive the next event that you participate in FREE!  Example if you pay to participate at two (2) events you will receive one (1) event free. This excludes Mid-Season Championships and UMS End of Season Championship events.

Quad and ATV Obstacle Course - Gaylord - Saturday, August 28th.

Back by popular demand - eight (8) Burnout Competitions this year!
