You can also get the addresses of the fairgrounds off the upcoming events page on the website. Truck Rules: (Truck payout determined by number of participants – except for Championship) 1. You may run any stock automotive truck or car front or rear bumper on front of truck. You may use any car or truck bracketry but you may only weld six inches back on the front frame rails. Any excessive welds will be asked to be cut or removed. No jagged bumper ends MUST be capped. Bumper may not exceed four inches past outside frame rail. Rear bumper must be stock truck bumpers only or no bumper at all. Tailgate may be dropped over frame rails. 2. Any ½ ton, ¾ ton truck or Suburban or van – 4-wheel drives allowed with front driveshaft removed. NO 1 TONS. 3. No tire restriction. 4. May weld body seams. 5. May weld cab to bed of truck. 6. May remove body mount rubbers. 7. Roll cage okay to frame. If no cage, strongly recommend driver’s door protection. 8. You may add up to 8 additional bolts to hold down bed of truck. 9. Maximum 6” washer or 4” cut leaf spring. 10. You may use up to 1” all rod on each side of frame up through core support. 11. Gas tank must be mounted 3” from front of bed in center of bed. 12. Gas tank must be covered or enclosed in steel. 13. You may have up to 4 leaf spring clamps per side. 14. No trailer hitches, no special reinforcements. 15. It is recommended to place strong mesh or wire behind driver’s seat where window used to be. 16. May weld tailgate. 17. Truck bed sides may not be folded over flat to truck bed. 18.
