Example if you pay to participate at two (2) events you will receive one (1) event free. This excludes Mid-Season Championship & UMS End of Season Championship events. STOCK DEMOLITION DERBY – Each driver & mechanic has an obligation to read these rules. At time of registration all drivers and pit personnel must sign a waiver and release of liability and indemnity agreement. These rules will govern all Unique Motor Sports events. All participants must comply with these rules and regulations, it is furthermore agreed that all entries, pit crew, driver, owner, sponsors, safety personnel, law enforcement will comply with these rules. No expressed or implied warranties of any kind. This is a guide set forth for the conduct of the sport and no way a guarantee against injury or death to the spectator, participant or official. Stock Demolition Derby: 1. You may have a floor shifter. No tilted front ends, no cold bending front frame rails, no frame seam welding. 2. Ford cars must run Ford motors, Ford transmission and stock Ford rear end that came with the car. 3. GM cars must have GM motor, transmission and stock rear end. 4. Chrysler cars must have Chrysler motor, transmission and stock rear end. 5. Rear ends may be welded and springs nine wired. 6. No rear end braces, no aftermarket axles. 7. You may have one round pipe or square tubing behind driver’s seat, six inches max. 8. All doors, trunk and hood must be chained or wired shut. 9. Bumpers – any stock automotive bumper may be used. 10. Bumpers are the only thing that may be welded to frame six inches back. 11. Stock body mount bolts only. Do not replace unless they are rusted and broken off. Original body mount rubbers, spacers and bolts only. 12. Stock steering columns only. On a Ford when dash is removed and the steering column has nothing to hold it up you may weld in a bracket to hold in steering column. 13. Gas pedal foot feed must be left in original location on firewall. 14. Tires – 8 ply max tubes only, no double tires. 15. Exhaust must exit straight up through hood or down under vehicle. 16. Windows, door handles, interiors, chrome molding and antenna must be removed. 17. Chain or nine wire from roof to center of dash. 18. To achieve height in front end you may cut sway bars and put in between coil spring, no solid suspension. 19. All body panels must be stock NO PRE-BENDING, NO TUCKED TRUNKS. 20. Frame notching is allowed but NO welding where you notched it. 21. No slider shafts, stock drive shafts ONLY. 22. Once again, stock means stock. There are four places you can weld; bumper to frame, rear end gears, safety bar behind the seat and to hold steering column up on Fords. THAT IS IT! LET’S PUT THE FUN BACK INTO DEMO DERBY!
